I was tapped by Velocity Audio Visual Inc in 2018 to take on a full summer of shows at Harrah’s Southern California Resort. The concert series ran twice a week featuring major national and international acts.
Thursdays were meant for line dancing as Harrah’s presented Cowboy Boots and Swimsuits. Not only did I get a chance to light some of country music’s hottest artists, I got the chance to work with some of the biggest up and coming artists. These artists included Anderson East, Cam, Paul Cauthen, The Drunken Hearts, Devin Dawson, Jimmie Allen, Brandon Lay, Drake White and the Big Fire, Kalie Shoor, Anna Vaus, Alyssa Micaela and the Eli Young Band.
Sundays brought in some of the biggest acts from around the world as Harrah’s presented Reggae Sundays. The audience kicked back, sipped on drinks as traditional and reggae-rock artists graced the stage. I had the pleasure to light not only up and coming artists but some legendary artists as well. They include New Kingston, Hirie, Don Carlos, The Green, Raging Fyah, Easy Star All-Stars, Anuhea, Etana, Toots and the Maytals, Passafire and many more!
